Partner Protection Policy
Your clients are your business. These commitments are part of every partner agreement.
- 01
No direct contact.
We do not contact, pitch or accept work from your clients during our partnership and for 12 months after it ends, unless you approve in writing.
- 02
No Impleko branding.
Nothing your client sees carries our name: demos, docs, dashboards, emails, repos or invoices.
- 03
Confidentiality first.
NDA before discovery. Client data is used only for your project and deleted or returned when it ends.
- 04
Inbound goes back to you.
If your client ever reaches Impleko directly, we tell you and send them back to you.
- 05
No portfolio use without permission.
We never show your work publicly unless you approve it, and then only anonymized.
- 06
You own the work.
Code, prompts, workflows and accounts belong to you or your client once paid for.
- 07
Clean exit.
If you leave, we hand over everything with documentation within one week.
Questions agencies ask
Will Impleko ever contact or sell to my clients?
No. Impleko does not contact, pitch or accept work from your clients during the partnership and for 12 months after it ends, unless you approve in writing. That non-solicitation clause is part of every partner agreement.
What happens if my client finds Impleko on their own?
Impleko tells you and sends the client back to you, and will not quote, sign or support that client on its own.
Do you sign an NDA before we share client details?
Yes. Impleko signs an NDA before any discovery call, so you can share the client's name, goals and data safely. Client data is used only for your project and is deleted or returned when the project ends.
Can Impleko show our client work in its portfolio?
Only with your written approval, and then only anonymized. Impleko's case studies never name your clients, and nothing about the relationship is published without your sign-off.
What happens to our code and data if we stop working together?
Impleko hands over everything with documentation within one week: code, prompts, workflows, account access and handover notes. The code and accounts already belong to you or your client, so leaving doesn't mean rebuilding.
